Who we are. HellsGate Gaming is a community and hosting group founded by HG_Archer, HG_WeiserHorst, and HG_Dreamer. Our services are self‑hosted by HG_Dreamer on a Dell PowerEdge R510.

What we offer. Mailserver hosting and cloud storage are members‑only. Web hosting and our gaming community are available publicly; game server hosting has limited capacity.

Data we handle. For members, we process account information needed to run mail and cloud (e.g., usernames, email addresses, quotas). For non‑members who contact us, we process the information you submit (your name, email, and message content).

How we use data. We use your data to provide and maintain services, troubleshoot, secure our systems, and respond to inquiries. We do not sell your data.

Storage & security. Services run on our own hardware. We apply access controls, encryption in transit (TLS), regular updates, and backups.

Retention. Member account data is kept while your membership is active. Contact emails are retained as long as necessary to respond and maintain records.

Your choices. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data where applicable. Contact us at kael@hg-gaming.eu.

Third parties. We aim to minimize reliance on third parties. If integrations are used (e.g., domain registrars, DNS, email routing), they will only receive data necessary to deliver the service.

Children. Our services are intended for users aged 16+ unless local law requires a higher age.
